What you'll do

• Provide courteous service to guests
• prepare, cook, heat, and serve daily menu components according to standards and requests
• maintain the hot bar during lunch service and rotate food
• perform food safety and sanitation practices, equipment checks, and temperature logs
• use proper knife skills, portion control, and recipes
• receive deliveries, stock and rotate products
• assist with catering preparation and delivery as directed
• support Sandwich and Salad stations as needed
• wash dishes and clean kitchen areas, equipment, and floors
• communicate issues to leadership.
