Hydraulic Assembler is an onsite role based at the Port of Catoosa, OK, after initial training in El Reno, OK. Compensation is not specified. The posting describes approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 5:45 a.m.–4:15 p.m.; weekly travel to El Reno for about six weeks is required for training, and additional customer-site travel across North America may be required. The assembler builds and integrates hydraulic systems for custom manufacturing projects, using practical mechanical knowledge to address assembly challenges and ensure finished systems meet quality, functionality, and safety requirements. The role works with Production and Engineering and escalates complex or safety-critical issues to leadership.

What you'll do

• Assemble, install, modify, and integrate hydraulic components and systems
• interpret schematics, blueprints, bills of materials, and work instructions when available
• route and install hoses, tubing, fittings, and connections
• troubleshoot assembly and fitment issues and perform authorized rework
• conduct basic inspections, leak checks, and authorized testing
• report discrepancies and safety risks
• collaborate with Production and Engineering
• maintain quality and safety standards
• provide training or assistance as assigned.
