What you'll do

• Perform on-site clinical assessments, including vital signs
• instruct members on subcutaneous and intramuscular injections
• administer medications, IVs, and provider-ordered treatments
• educate members about prescribed medications, side effects, and compliance
• document and communicate prescription updates
• manage in-person clinical triage questions and escalate concerns
• document and handle regulated medical waste in compliance with OSHA and state requirements
• check in with members on behalf of clinical or customer service teams.
