The Fueling Supervisor — Boston Airport role is onsite in East Boston, MA. Compensation is $30 per hour. The FSM Group provides aviation fuel management and related services for commercial, private, and military aviation customers. The supervisor oversees and participates in aircraft fueling and servicing, coordinating personnel and daily assignments while reinforcing safe, compliant, and efficient operations. The role also monitors equipment readiness and operational records, coaches team members, and communicates operational issues to leadership.

What you'll do

• Oversee and participate in aircraft fueling and servicing under established safety procedures and applicable regulations
• coordinate assignments and communicate with dispatch, team members, airline representatives, and airport personnel
• verify fueling documentation and operational data
• review flight information
• monitor fueling equipment and facilitate corrective action
• coach and assist with training team members
• report operational issues
• complete required reports and inspections.
