What you'll do

• Speak with prospective and existing clients by phone, video, or in person
• explain Medicare, health, ancillary, and life insurance options
• help clients compare plans
• complete applications, enrollments, and documentation
• make outbound calls and follow up through calls, emails, messages, and CRM tasks
• maintain client records
• follow sales scripts and compliance processes
• manage daily workflow
• meet activity and production goals
• participate in training and team meetings.
