The role supports JEVS Human Services’ financial operations across multiple divisions. The specialist manages billing and receivables processes to support accurate, timely revenue operations. Work includes preparing service billing, monitoring receivables, resolving discrepancies and claim issues, maintaining records, and supporting revenue close and reporting.

What you'll do

• Prepare weekly and monthly billing for services, including Private Pay and Room & Board
• monitor receivables, collections, and reconciliations
• resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and eligibility issues
• maintain records and insurance status across systems
• support revenue closing and generate billing and aging reports
• troubleshoot claim and system errors
• provide analytical and administrative support.
