What you'll do

• Monitor and evaluate client responses to treatment
• attend staff meetings and clinical rounds
• complete status reports and paperwork
• facilitate treatment programs and cottage groups
• protect clients from physical and emotional harm, including use of the Therapeutic Crisis Model of Intervention
• provide structured day-to-day care
• maintain a neat and clean client environment.
