What you'll do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with bathing, hygiene, grooming, toileting, transfers, dressing, walking, medication reminders, and home exercise plans
• help with meals, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and appointment transportation
• document care activities and promptly report significant client changes.
