Industrial Maintenance Technician (Mechanical/Electrical)

The Industrial Maintenance Technician (Mechanical/Electrical) role is onsite in Irving, TX, with pay of $30–$36 per hour depending on experience. The technician will work for a steel fabrication and machining company recruited for by Cannonball Recruiting. The role exists to keep production equipment and facility machinery operating safely and efficiently. Through troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance, the technician helps reduce downtime across the manufacturing operation.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility machinery
• perform preventive maintenance
• repair CNC machines, welding equipment, overhead cranes, presses, and other industrial equipment
• diagnose equipment problems and repair or replace mechanical and electrical components
• maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems, including motors, wiring, and control panels.

Why this role

Day shift Monday–Thursday, 6 AM–4:30 PM, with flexible start and end times based on business needs; overtime may be available Friday and Saturday as needed. Requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and the technician's own basic tools and toolbox.
