What you'll do

• Lead and develop national retail sales account executives and sales and marketing managers
• monitor account team and regional activity
• develop and monitor expense budgets
• achieve business goals and incoming-order targets
• provide market, product, and competitive input
• implement product and marketing plans
• manage forecasts and reporting
• support territory coverage, sales training, conventions, and ISO compliance
• build customer relationships and promote sales of company hardware and software.
