Training & Technical Services Director

The Training & Technical Services Director role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with compensation of $140,000–$160,000 per year. The director joins Plunkett’s Leadership Team and works with Operations, HR, and technical and training teams. The role leads the development of scalable training and technical support systems so technicians, supervisors, and operations leaders can build the capabilities needed to deliver service and support company growth. It combines strategic planning with hands-on collaboration and field-informed program development.

• use data and field feedback to improve training
• strengthen technical support for complex accounts
