What you'll do

• Develop solutions with senior firm and client personnel for operational and financial challenges, including value-creation and transformation plans, contingency planning, and bankruptcy preparation or execution. Lead engagement deliverables and workstreams
• assess organizational structures and effectiveness
• oversee liquidity management, case administration, and restructuring plans. Review financial projections, business plans, and executive reporting
• identify operational improvements, cost reductions, and resource priorities. Lead client meetings, communications, negotiations, business development, talent initiatives, internal training, and mentorship of junior team members.
