What you'll do

• Support availability, reliability, and performance of operational services
• monitor software infrastructure using metrics, logs, and alerts
• respond to and resolve incidents
• maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions
• participate in post-incident reviews
• improve reliability through automation and standardization
• support upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
• improve system performance and scalability
• support integration, testing, and debugging in Linux
• document work and share knowledge.
