What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day business operations
• lead location performance across culture, revenue, profitability, expenditures, and staffing
• oversee services across multiple territories
• manage P&L and growth goals
• recruit, train, and retain administrative staff
• support Care Professional retention
• monitor KPIs and conduct audits
• build community and referral relationships
• lead team meetings and collaborate with senior leadership
• ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
