What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• resolve tenant-reported or inspection-identified repairs
• respond to emergency requests, including after-hours calls as needed
• maintain common areas and units
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• document maintenance, repairs, and supplies
• follow building codes, safety rules, and company policies
• provide courteous tenant service.
