The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite at Eventide Fargo Care Center in Fargo, ND. Pay is $22.00–$24.64 per hour, with additional $2 evening/overnight and $2 weekend differentials. Part-time schedules are 24–48 hours per pay period, with day, evening, and overnight shifts, various weekdays, every other weekend, and holiday rotation. The CNA supports residents’ physical, mental, spiritual, psychological, and social needs under nursing supervision. By following care plans, assisting with daily activities, documenting care, and protecting residents’ comfort and dignity, the CNA contributes to residents’ wellbeing and safe care.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized attention to support residents’ practical physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing. Follow assigned care plans and assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinence care, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and range of motion as indicated. Maintain resident comfort, privacy, and dignity
• follow safety and infection-control procedures
• answer call lights and alarms
• and report incidents or concerns. May check vital signs and weights, apply lotions, escort residents to appointments and activities, document care, and assist with personal laundry.
