What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems and equipment
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control issues
• identify equipment failure causes and recommend repairs
• perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• explain issues and repair options to customers
• manage daily schedules and communicate job status with customers, dispatch, and the office
• maintain job notes and paperwork
• identify parts and materials
• maintain a safe work environment
• participate in rotating on-call coverage, including after-hours and weekends
• follow company safety, service, and quality standards.
