What you'll do

• Process accounts payable transactions and maintain supporting documentation
• reconcile monthly vendor statements
• match invoices to purchase orders and receivers and resolve discrepancies
• prepare weekly check runs for supervisory review
• complete monthly accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations
• investigate aging or unusual items
• communicate with vendors
• complete ad hoc projects and reports.
