It also supports kitchen readiness, safe sanitation, delivery handling, and restaurant cleaning and closing tasks.

What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and equipment
• maintain an orderly dish room
• clean kitchen machines and cook stations
• assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• sweep and mop floors
• remove trash and recycle
• report accidents, equipment issues, and food-safety concerns
• complete end-of-night dish-machine closing duties
• assist with cleaning dining areas, patios, and restrooms.
