The Survey Telephone Follow-Up Representative is an onsite role based in Bethesda, MD, with a pay rate of $18 per hour. This role exists to contact K-12 schools to encourage participation in a national survey. What you'll do

• Contacts schools to encourage participation.
• Works with administrative staff to facilitate communication.
• Assists in identifying school coordinators.
• Sends study materials to schools.
• Documents all phone and email communication in the internal management system.
• Manages a large volume of case assignments independently.
