What you'll do

• Own service delivery and customer satisfaction in the assigned market
• serve as primary service contact
• build and review quotes
• follow up on opportunities
• coordinate scheduling, priorities, and resources
• oversee material planning and procurement
• guide and coach service technicians
• act as escalation point
• monitor job progress and quality
• report market performance
• identify process improvements
• collaborate with regional and executive leadership
• provide field support as needed
• manage and develop service personnel
• coordinate technician training.
