Sports Management Internship

Job overview

The Sports Management Internship is onsite across the Twin Cities metro and surrounding suburbs, Minnesota; applicants must live in the Twin Cities area. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. During the school year, the schedule is 10–25 hours per week, including after-school hours from 2–7 and Saturdays. The internship supports DASH Sports’ youth sports programming. The intern assists with program logistics, coaching support, equipment, and administrative coordination. This hands-on work helps local coaching teams deliver organized sports experiences for children and families while providing exposure to sports operations and team management.

What you'll do

• Organize, transport, and deliver sports equipment to program sites
• assist with directing and coaching youth sports camps
• coordinate coach logistics, training, and daily scheduling
• maintain team rosters and assist with administrative tasks
• communicate with coaches, families, and DASH leadership
• support event and program operations as needed.
