What you'll do

• Lead and enhance the Operational Risk Management Framework
• provide independent oversight and credible challenge
• chair the Operational Risk Committee
• oversee key indicators, new and revised product risk assessments, loss-event management, quarterly risk assessments, and executive and board reporting
• guide risk discussions for enterprise projects
• mentor team members.
