What you'll do

• Manage 10–12 open requisitions
• source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
• conduct technical and behavioral screenings
• maintain candidate and hiring-manager relationships
• coordinate interviews and provide candidate coaching and feedback
• extend offers and support onboarding
• maintain ATS records
• represent the company at career fairs and industry events
• follow hiring policies and client requirements.
