• Provide direct nursing care according to resident care plans, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation
• supervise day-to-day nursing assistant and STNA activities
• monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and appropriate team members
• promote a positive, respectful, resident-focused environment.
