Registered Nurse (RN) - Part Time Nights in Moffit, ND. This is a part-time, onsite position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. This role supports residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge.
• Utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
• Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, perform resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns.
• Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
