What you'll do

• Underwrite bridge and construction loans end-to-end
• review borrower financials, credit profiles, budgets, comparable properties, and assumptions
• identify and mitigate risks
• prepare decision memos and risk summaries
• present packages for credit review
• ensure compliance with internal frameworks, investor parameters, and lending rules
• coordinate diligence with partners.
