What you'll do

• Execute sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.
• Utilize digital tools and data-based insights to create opportunities, develop strategy & tactics, and allocate resources to enhance sales execution.
• Deliver clear and compelling messages to customers, probe needs, handle objections, and close calls with a commitment to action.
• Build and maintain productive relationships, incorporating “total office” account management.
• Gather market trends, map account linkages, and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
• Apply knowledge of the pharmaceutical and regulatory environment, adhering to policies and FDA regulations.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience

2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
