Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Verify and process non-purchase-order invoices through Esker
• audit and post seed-related invoices in the ERP system
• investigate vendor posting issues
• create employee profiles in Concur and process expense reimbursements
• review, code, and verify transactions and journal entries
• execute payment runs and wire transfers
• manage year-end vendor balances and payments
• verify vendor banking details
• respond to inquiries
• provide backup coverage and cross-train on freight invoice processing.
