What you'll do

• Source, qualify, structure, and originate commercial real estate and SBA 504 loans
• assess borrower financials and collateral against underwriting policy
• partner with underwriting and closing teams
• maintain a deal pipeline and meet production goals
• develop relationships with developers, brokers, industry professionals, and clients
• promote loan programs at industry events
• collaborate with marketing and credit
• contribute to team practices and training materials.
