The Maintenance Technician is an onsite role in Woburn, MA, paying $28–$32 per hour, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule and an on-call rotation every three weeks. The role supports The Point at Woburn, a 289-unit apartment community managed by Pantzer Property Management. The technician responds to resident service requests and performs general repairs, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance. This work helps maintain the community’s appearance, condition, and day-to-day operation while providing timely service to residents.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
• troubleshoot and complete general plumbing, appliance, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• complete apartment turns
• perform preventive and general property maintenance
• use hand and power tools safely
• work with the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, and onsite team
• follow safety procedures
• maintain the community
• participate in the rotating on-call schedule
• attend training as needed.
