What you'll do

• Visit residential jobsites to assess safety, workmanship, productivity, and compliance with approved scopes
• provide technical support for complex installation challenges, code questions, and inspections
• coach Lead Installers and develop Apprentices
• review warranty feedback, callbacks, failed inspections, photos, and testing records to identify root causes
• evaluate performance and advancement readiness
• coordinate with installation management, planning, materials, and scheduling teams
• ensure project scope, pricing, commitments, and designs are not changed without authorization
• verify required ServiceTitan records, photos, signatures, payment requirements, and closeout.
