What you'll do

• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• educate and support patients, caregivers, and families
• collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, aides, and other team members
• maintain clinical documentation
• participate in assigned on-call rotation
• comply with hospice regulations and quality standards.
