Direct Support Professional Lead

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily operations and schedules for assigned rooms or sites
• work with Direct Support Professionals and program leadership to implement and document services
• direct and mentor staff and provide input on performance appraisals
• provide hands-on assistance, instruction, and training in daily-living skills according to individualized service plans.
