What you'll do

• Provide information and case management to community members and eligible WIOA participants
• collaborate on intake and eligibility determinations
• assess employment, abilities, and training needs
• develop individual employment plans
• counsel participants on jobs, training, and services
• make referrals and follow up
• conduct orientations, workshops, and group presentations
• maintain case files and required reports
• comply with eligibility documentation rules and program requirements.
