What you'll do

• Put away and rotate produce and food orders
• inspect cooking utensils and equipment for quality and cleanliness
• operate kitchen machinery while following food-safety and sanitation protocols
• open, close, and clean the station
• occasionally assist with food preparation as needed
• wash dishes by hand and machine
• remove restaurant garbage
• bus tables and retrieve dishes from dining areas
• take on additional responsibilities as requested.
