What you'll do

• Patrol assigned property areas and check designated points
• document actions
• ensure guest room doors are secured and assist with room access
• investigate suspicious persons
• investigate theft, lost-item, noise, assault, food-poisoning, and other complaints and complete reports
• respond to guest and team-member accidents, administer first aid/CPR, and communicate with emergency or medical personnel as required
• respond to fights
• follow rules for handling intoxicated guests and residents
• resolve safety hazards and coordinate vehicle towing.
