What you'll do

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• translate business needs into Pega case types, workflows, rules, integrations, and UI requirements
• troubleshoot system functionality
• create process flows, data maps, wireframes, and interface specifications
• produce technical documentation
• support release nights, UAT, defect triage, and go-live readiness
• analyze data using SQL and Excel
• collaborate in Agile ceremonies using Jira or Azure DevOps.
