What you'll do

• Lead and maintain signal detection, evaluation, and management processes in accordance with global pharmacovigilance regulations
• provide subject matter expertise to global and regional teams
• partner with Data Sciences, Global Regulatory Affairs, Medical Safety, and other PSPV functions to improve processes
• align activities with EU regulations and Health Authority expectations, including inspection readiness
• represent Pharmacovigilance in cross-functional teams, committees, and external interactions
• develop and deliver training
• mentor junior professionals
• oversee external vendor activities
• lead or support process-improvement projects
• analyze and present complex safety data.
