What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• perform maintenance and tune-ups
• explain repair options to homeowners
• recommend repairs and replacements when appropriate
• document jobs using company software
• mentor and support junior technicians when needed
• follow company procedures and safety standards
• participate in on-call rotations.
