What you'll do

• Own store hiring
• support, coach, and mentor sales associates
• model the sales process and provide ongoing sales training
• ensure employees meet monthly success measures and complete training
• support staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and inventory compliance
• review store and personal metrics daily
• assist with guest escalations
• keep current on promotions
• build relationships with district peers
• help implement sales tools and initiatives
• participate in assigned projects and pilots
• communicate company objectives to team members.
