Project Analyst

Job overview

The Project Analyst role is onsite in Hollywood, FL, with compensation of $35–$45 per hour. The role supports the Product Construction team. The analyst brings financial discipline, consistent reporting, and governance to project portfolios, helping project managers and leadership monitor portfolio health and make timely decisions.

What you'll do

• Support project financial planning, budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and estimate-at-completion updates. Monitor actuals, commitments, purchase orders, invoices, labor spend, accruals, resource costs, and forecasted spend. Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, dashboards, and leadership updates
• identify budget risks and data gaps
• validate information across project systems
• and support governance, change requests, and process improvements.
