Janitorial Cleaner — Second Shift, Part-Time

The Janitorial Cleaner role is onsite in Lubbock, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; some Saturdays are required. Compensation is $13 per hour. The role supports HM Solutions’ facility-cleaning services. The cleaner helps keep facilities clean, safe, and maintained by completing routine cleaning tasks, replenishing dispensers, handling waste, and using equipment and personal protective equipment appropriately.

What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash weighing 40 pounds or more
• refill soap, lotion, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers
• use required machines and equipment
• complete quality work within set time frames
• follow work routines and use personal protective equipment correctly. Carpet cleaning and floor waxing experience is a plus.
