What you'll do

• Manage electrical hardware and software engineering teams

• review project work and design changes
• maintain tools interfacing with CAD/ERP systems
• perform electrical project engineering
• ensure control-circuit designs comply with applicable codes and standards
• support customer-service troubleshooting and sales quotations
• mentor team members and manage improvement plans.
