Physical Therapist - Inpatient and Outpatient. This is a full-time, onsite position in Rice Lake, WI, with a salary range of $40.00 - $57.00 per hour. The purpose of this role is to diagnose and treat individuals with conditions limiting their ability to move and work, improving their quality of life by alleviating pain and enhancing physical function through comprehensive physical therapy programs.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and treat individuals with conditions limiting mobility and function.
• Improve quality of life by alleviating pain and enhancing physical function.
• Develop and deliver physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
• Document patient information for evaluation.
• Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and home exercises.
• Analyze and record therapeutic progress and recommend adjustments.
• Follow guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures.

What we're looking for

Education

Appropriate education level for state licensure

Experience

Appropriate education level for state licensure; licensed as a Physical Therapist; BLS certification.
