Sign and Graphics Production Manager

The role supports Arizona Custom Signworks, a family-owned, full-service signage and graphics company with a new North Phoenix location and equipment. The manager oversees the creation and installation of custom signage and graphics, combining design, production, equipment operation, and client communication. The role helps deliver quality work while managing multiple projects and supporting the new shop’s operations.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients on design and materials
• design and create custom signage and graphics using wood, metal, plastic, acrylic, and vinyl
• operate an HP700 latex printer, plotter/cutter, and laminator
• prepare surfaces
• install signage at client locations
• maintain an organized workspace and follow safety protocols
• stay current on industry trends, techniques, and materials.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of professional sign-making experience across design, production, and installation; expertise with Adobe Design Tool Suite, RIP software, wide-format printers, plotter/cutters, and laminators. Color management, color matching, and vehicle/fleet graphics and wraps are included in the qualifications. Certified installation credentials are a strong advantage.
