What you'll do

• Develop and execute technology strategy aligned with organizational goals
• advise leadership on emerging technologies
• manage IT infrastructure, cloud systems, communications tools, and databases
• oversee the website, digital learning platforms, and donor management systems
• develop data protection policies and maintain secure systems
• conduct security audits and staff training
• support awareness and training programs with digital platforms
• work with program teams on monitoring and impact tools
• oversee technology vendors and contracts
• manage the technology budget
• evaluate grant-funded or pro bono technology partnerships.
