IT and Automation Manager

What you'll do

• Support and improve Epicor, IMPACT, and other business systems
• assist with implementations, upgrades, integrations, data management, testing, and user adoption
• coordinate outside IT vendors and track tickets and project timelines
• support onboarding and offboarding technology needs and basic internal troubleshooting
• assist with access management, CMMC certification and maintenance, backup and recovery, and security reporting
• evaluate and introduce AI tools securely, establish usage guidelines and safeguards, and train users
• design process and data-entry automation and create and enforce SOPs.
