What you'll do

• Provide supervision and regular check-ins and performance reviews
• coach therapists through clinical and team challenges
• support clinical standards, documentation quality, and family-centered care
• oversee clinical onboarding for new therapists
• partner with Clinical Specialists and experienced clinicians on mentorship and case consultation
• participate in interviewing and selecting clinical team members
• identify training and improvement opportunities
• collaborate with practice and executive leadership
• maintain a reduced pediatric caseload in the licensed discipline.
