What you'll do

• Conduct initial patient assessments and agency admissions using a patient-centered approach
• coordinate the Start of Care admission process through timely and accurate communication
• practice within New York State registered professional nurse regulations
• understand insurance requirements
• complete required documentation
• coordinate quality patient-centered care
• obtain medical history
• assess vital signs and physical and mental status
• and use clinical judgment in collaboration with the physician.
